Handle Inbound Calls: Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests courteously and efficiently.
Provide Customer Support: Assist customers with product or service-related questions, troubleshoot problems, and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as needed.
Maintain Customer Records: Accurately record and update customer information, interactions, and transactions in the database or CRM system.
Adhere to Policies and Procedures: Follow company guidelines, policies, and procedures in all interactions with customers to ensure consistency and compliance.
Service Time: 8.00 a.m. – 24.00 a.m. Shift schedule
Working hour: 8 Hrs per day
Working Day: 5 Days per week (Base on assignment)
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication in English and Thai skills, both verbal and written atleast 25 WPM.
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and empathetic demeanor.
