Job Description

  • Handle Inbound Calls: Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests courteously and efficiently.
  • Provide Customer Support: Assist customers with product or service-related questions, troubleshoot problems, and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as needed.
  • Maintain Customer Records: Accurately record and update customer information, interactions, and transactions in the database or CRM system.
  • Adhere to Policies and Procedures: Follow company guidelines, policies, and procedures in all interactions with customers to ensure consistency and compliance.
  • Service Time: 8.00 a.m. – 24.00 a.m. Shift schedule
  • Working hour: 8 Hrs per day 
  • Working Day: 5 Days per week (Base on assignment) 

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication in English and Thai skills, both verbal and written atleast 25 WPM.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and empathetic demeanor.
