• ให้ข้อมูลรายละเอียดเกี่ยวกับสินค้า ยืนยันตัวตนผ่านระบบ “Welcome Call”
• โทรออกติดตามรายชื่อที่ได้รับมอบหมาย 100 Call ต่อวัน
• ติดตามลูกค้าตามยอดที่กำหนดได้ให้ได้ตามเกรณฑ์ KPI

• สถานที่ทำงาน : มิตรทาวน์ออฟฟิศ (สามย่าน)
• วันทำงาน 5 วันหยุด 2 วัน (หยุดวันอาทิตย์เป็นหลัก)
• รายได้รวม 13,000 – 15,000 เงินเดือน 13,000 + เบี้ยขยัน 1,000 + Incentive 1,000 บาท
• ปฏิบัติงานในเขตปทุมวัน มีรถไฟใต้ดินผ่าน สถานี สามย่าน
• ทำงานที่อาคาร มิตรทาวน์ออฟฟิศ (สามย่าน)
• มีอบรมงานและผลิตภัณฑ์ให้ก่อนการเริ่มงานจริง
• ไม่ใช่งานขายประกัน

• เพศชาย / หญิง อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
• วุฒิขั้นต่ำ ม.6
• มีประสบการณ์การทำงาน Call Center 6 เดือนขึ้นไป
• มีทัศนคติที่ดีต่องานประกัน มีความสามารถในการแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
• มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ มีไหวพริบ ความกระตือรือร้นในการทำงาน และติดตามงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง
• มีใจรักงานบริการ และ Service Mind ที่ดี
• มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี มีความอดทนต่อแรงกดดันได้ดี
• มีความมั่นใจในการสื่อสาร ทักษะการเจรจาที่ดี น้ำเสียงไพเราะ น่าฟัง นุ่มนวล
