รายละเอียดงาน

• รับสายให้ข้อมูลหรือคำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับรถยนต์ไฟฟ้า การใช้ Application รวมถึงการช่วยเหลือในเรื่องอื่นๆ
• แนะนำหรือติดตามปัญหาการใช้งานหรือประสานงานให้กับลูกค้าได้
• โทรออกประสานงานหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้ความช่วยเหลือและแก้ไขปัญหาให้ลูกค้า
• งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
• ทำงาน 5 วัน หยุด 2 วัน /เป็นกะและสลับวันหยุด
• 07:00-16:00/13:00-22:00 กะสุดท้าย 22:00-07:00 น.

• สถานที่ทำงาน : เขตพญาไท กรุงเทพมหานคร
• รายได้รวม 14,000 – 15,000 บ.+ เบี้ยขยัน 1,000 บ. + Incentive 1,000 บ.

คุณสมบัติของผู้สมัคร

• เพศชาย / หญิง อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
• วุฒิ ม.6 ,ปวช. ,ปวส. , เทียบเท่าขึ้นไป หรือ ปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา
• มีประสบการณ์ในงาน Call Center หรือ Customer Service อย่างน้อย 6เดือน-1ปี ขึ้นไป จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีความอดทน ไหวพริบดี แก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
• มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ มีความกระตือรีอร้นในการทำงาน และติดตามงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง
• มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี สามารถทำงานเป็นทีม และเข้ากับเพื่อนร่วมงานได้
• สามารถใช้ภาษาไทย ในการสื่อสารได้ดี
• สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์เบื้องต้นได้ดี ,พิมพ์ดีดคล่อง Thai , Eng
